We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who oversees the end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex and/or high-volume projects. These initiatives span intricate renovations, bulk make-ready/vacant unit turnover, and capital expenditures within the multi-family sector. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role expertly manages scale—overseeing 25-40 active projects or multiple recurring contractual properties —as well as strict complexity, including compliance with stringent federal, DOD, or secured-site regulations.
The Senior Project Manager directs internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors while partnering directly with owners’ representatives, contracting officers, and property managers.
