SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER PLANNING, PARKS & RECREATION POSITION SUMMARY This full-time position serves as a senior-level leadership role within Spicer Group’s Planning, Parks & Recreation team, responsible for managing complex site development, planning, and construction-related projects from client development through project closeout. The Senior Project Manager applies advanced knowledge of site design, planning, and construction principles to lead multiple projects, oversee budgets and schedules, direct support personnel, and ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
