Senior Project Manager - Construction

Averton is seeking an experienced construction professional to join our project delivery leadership team as a Senior Project Manager .

This role serves as the bridge between Design, Estimating, Construction, Sales, Warranty and Leadership to ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, launched and delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project readiness, identifying risk before it impacts performance, supporting construction execution, and ensuring alignment between design intent, budget, schedule, procurement strategy, and field operations. This is not a traditional project management position. We are looking for a highly capable professional who understands how projects are designed, estimated, procured, constructed, occupied and supported throughout their lifecycle.
