Job Description

• Lead ground‑up civil projects ranging from $10M - $80M
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, design partners, and internal project teams
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance requirements
• Support business development activities, including client engagement and pursuits
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and preconstruction strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and key stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering civil projects
