*Position Summary* The Senior Project Manager is responsible for determining, developing, and recommending strategies and guidelines related to project management and organizational governance within the Highway Division. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Capital Investment Plan (CIP) by streamlining and improving business processes, enhancing project delivery, and sustaining results through performance management practices that promote the effective and efficient use of resources. A major component of this position is the ability of the incumbent to make critical and time-sensitive independent decisions with respect to the various and numerous projects underway within MassDOT's Highway Division.
