Senior Project Manager

The Senior Projects Manager shall be responsible for the execution of a portfolio of projects under their assignment. Responsibilities consist of supervising and completing all activities associated with project management as well as providing support to other Business Units along with liaising with many external vendors in relation to consultancy and construction activities.

• Ensuring each project has an effective lead PM, aligned with strategic goals/KPIs.
• Closing out tender awards and commercial management Establishment of clear milestones, risk identification/management and project planning
• Ensuring Value Engineering is established, agreed and implemented.
• Co-ordinating handover to FM and CRM teams.
