Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction
Location: Metro Atlanta | Full-time | Onsite
Winter Construction is seeking a Commercial Estimator to join team. This is an opportunity to work with a trusted general contractor on a wide range of local projects in the education, municipal, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates and manage all aspects of the bidding process
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure complete and competitive bids
- Maintain and build relationships with qualified subcontractors
- Organize and manage bid data and documentation
- Present estimates and assist with business development as needed
