About the role
The Sr Project Coordinator supports Project Managers by owning the administrative and coordination activities that keep clinical research projects organized and moving forward. This US-based remote role works across multiple departments and project teams, helping Project Managers focus on broader project delivery.
You will typically support four to six projects, depending on project needs and allocation.

+ Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and help facilitate project discussions
+ Maintain project timelines and Gantt charts
+ Support Trial Master File (TMF) administration and project documentation
