Insight Global is seeking 4 Senior Program Managers to join one of our largest financial clients in Chandler, AZ.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the portfolio delivery of the Network AI and Agentic Transformation across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholder groups. Key responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into a structured portfolio roadmap, coordinating delivery across interdependent initiatives, managing risks, dependencies, governance routines, and delivery readiness, and providing end-to-end visibility into progress, priorities, and execution health.
This role works across the transformation portfolio to ensure initiatives are sufficiently defined, sequenced appropriately, aligned to target outcomes, and progressed in a controlled and transparent manner.
