Senior Program Manager Remote, Cross-Functional Delivery

Porch Group, a leader in home services software in Colombia, seeks a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex programs from inception to delivery. This role focuses on ensuring that product roadmaps are executed efficiently and that stakeholders are aligned across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in Program Management, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to manage risks and processes effectively. Compensation ranges from COP 15,000,000.00 to COP 16,500,000.00 monthly.
