**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and deliver large-scale, complex programs across various functions and customer offerings.
- Organize the planning, customer alignment, preparation, and execution of partnerships with operators and end-users.
- Manage process systems portfolios, including Digital Monitoring, site services, spare part management, VR training, expert support, debottleneck studies, troubleshooting, upgrades, and expansions.
- Oversee long-term agreements with strategic accounts and ensure tight customer-supplier partnerships through performance-based contracts or other agreements.
- Coordinate and align with teams globally, especially in Oslo, Stavanger, London, and Paris.
- Drive innovative solutions and avoid repetitive approaches, elevating NOV’s offerings to the next level.
