Within our 600-person manufacturing facility in Roswell Leprino is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor (Whey) to move our organization to even larger levels of dairy ingredient growth! What Youll Do:
+ Lead and support multiple Supervisors and their teams within ourWhey Department, ensuring consistent product quality, employee safety, and efficient production across multiple operations.
+ Plan and coordinate daily staffing across multiple teams to maximize labor efficiency and meet production goals.
+ Guide, mentor, and develop Supervisors through coaching, feedback, leadership development, and ongoing technical and safety training.
