Basemark in Helsinki is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help build production AI agent systems that handle complex, multi-step engineering workflows. You will design, build and operate agentic AI systems that accelerate product development, running autonomously against real backlogs and codebases.
You will work in a hybrid Helsinki office, collaborating with Product, Engineering and DevOps to ensure safe, scalable deployment.
