Senior Product Owner (Secret Clearance)

ICF is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product vision, roadmap development, and delivery alignment for a complex federal ServiceNow program. This role supports multiple workstreams and serves as the primary connector between mission stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads to ensure that priorities are clearly defined, sequenced, and delivered with discipline.

The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, deep Agile delivery experience, and enough business analysis fluency to help shape requirements, refine scope, and keep work moving from concept through release. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate mission needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptancecriteria, and roadmap decisions that support a scalable, out-of-the-box-first ServiceNow environment.
