Job Description
Responsibilities Develop and communicate a compelling and customer‑centric product strategy and vision. Be the voice of the customer and define user personas and customer journey map to identify customer pain points. Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features. Lead the entire product life cycle, from ideation through development, pricing, delivery, and support. Work with multiple engineering, sales channels, and partners. Partner with sales, engineering, and customer support teams to identify new product introduction opportunities.
