What you'll do:
As our Senior Product Manager, you'll help shape the strategy, performance and evolution of a key retail product portfolio, creating products and experiences that deliver better outcomes for our customers and stronger commercial results for Genesis. Working alongside a talented team of Product Managers, you'll bring together cross‑functional expertise to develop propositions that are simple, valuable and aligned with our long‑term strategy.
As a senior member of the team, you'll use your product expertise to coach and support others, influence strategic decisions and help drive meaningful improvements across the customer lifecycle.
