Senior Procurement AI Governance Manager

The Position

This role is based in the Global Procurement function, which supports Roche’s goal of bringing innovative solutions to patients through business and supplier partnerships. We act as the bridge between Roche business functions and our suppliers, delivering value through productivity, speed, risk management, sustainability, innovative solutions, and streamlined buying experiences.

The Opportunity

As the AI Governance Manager within Global Procurement, you are the steward of how AI delivers value, operates responsibly, and scales sustainably across the procurement ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Digital Procurement Management & Governance, you establish and manage the governance framework that enables trusted, compliant, and high‑performing AI adoption, monitor AI performance and measure its ROI and business impact.
