Manage the overall completion of important and complex engineering tasks and projects
Initiate, direct, supervise, and control major and minor engineering projects within a specified area of responsibility – including administrative and technical guidance to a group of employees.
Coordinate needed support resources to achieve project objectives
Manage timing and weld documentation.
Monitor project progress and develop strategies to meet mandatory target dates
Assure necessary coordination between supporting design groups, regulatory functions, and internal activities on a regular basis
Prepare general specifications
Support, coordinate, and execute all quality initiatives
Meet all customer requirements, specifications, and requests
Suggest and support all continuous improvement efforts
