Senior Process Engineer Innovation Wheat & Rye

Responsibilities Drive innovation in wheat and rye milling by developing future‑focused process solutions from concept to successful implementation. Lead the integration of process technology, machinery, automation, and digitalization to create efficient, cost‑effective, state‑of‑the‑art milling solutions. Validate and optimize concepts through trials, pilot projects, customer applications, and selected plant start‑ups. Provide technological leadership and hands‑on process expertise to support Sales, Quotation, Fulfillment, and R&D teams while building milling knowledge through training and coaching. Bring deep milling expertise, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, proficiency with Bühler control systems, fluency in German and English, and a willingness to travel internationally.
