Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Process Business Analyst to support the re-implementation of a cloud-based construction project management platform for our utilities client 
This role requires you to be onsite 2 days onsite in Calgary or Edmonton 
Must Haves
7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
Must have strong experience in requirements elicitation and management, along with deep expertise in end-to-end process management and a solid understanding of operational change management strategies and tactics.
Proficiency with process mapping, process improvement, and process design
Experience with project management systems, ideally within the Construction industry, and preferably with Procore
Nice to Have
Experience supporting technology re-implementations or system upgrades
Exposure to construction or industrial services organizations
