Responsibilities

• Business development, including securing new clients, fostering long‑term client relationships, leading proposal preparation, and developing and executing a strategic business development plan.
• Leading meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
• Project management, including planning and executing projects, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality and client satisfaction, and driving profitability.
• Occasional mentoring and leadership of senior, mid‑career, and junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Managing work to meet contract schedules, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and high standards of care.
