Position Overview
Lead the architecture design, technology innovation, and development of next-generation power products, including GaN chargers, desktop charging solutions, power banks, docking power solutions, and emerging energy products. Drive power technology roadmaps, common platform development, and technical collaboration with ODM/OEM partners to deliver industry-leading solutions for global customers.
Job Responsibilities
Define system architecture and key technology strategies for power products ranging from 65W to 400W+, covering power conversion, fast charging protocols, power allocation, thermal management, EMC/EMI, safety, and reliability.
Lead development of chargers, power banks, docking power solutions, and custom enterprise power products, ensuring delivery targets for quality, cost, performance, and schedule.
