The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field and has at least five years in a similar role within a port or shipping company, with strong leadership and English fluency. You will coordinate vessel and cargo handling, manage teams, and implement regulatory standards in Abu Dhabi.
