Senior Platform Engineer - Remote - Latin America (Santiago)

The Position

We're looking to hire a Platform Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our evolving technology infrastructure. You will work with our clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation : integrate yourself directly into the client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build : work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Meaningful experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.) with hands‑on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud‑based infrastructure.
