The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of the organization to patients seeking routine care or life-defining health insights. This role is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring all procedures are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with established practices. The PSR II creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while demonstrating leadership behaviors, process excellence, and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. The position may be assigned to a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs.
