 Pay Range: $19.95hr - $22.17hr  Requirement/Must Have: 
 Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. 
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
 Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections. 
 Strong customer focus and communication skills. 
 Ability to exercise good judgment and follow established procedures. 
 Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if applicable. 
 Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 
 Patient Service Center experience preferred. 
 Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
