ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior People Operations Partner, you'll help build the People infrastructure that enables a fast‑growing, distributed team to scale without losing what makes it special. You'll partner with the Director of People to inform and deliver on the People strategy, while rolling up your sleeves on the day‑to‑day operations that keep a global team running. You're energized by using AI to reimagine how People Operations is delivered, and you hold a high bar for the teams you help build to attract and retain Olympic‑calibre talent.
While this is a distributed‑first role, this person will ideally be located in the Greater Toronto area and is encouraged to be in the office with our team whenever possible.
