Senior People Operations Officer

Minimum of a First Degree in Humanities or Law, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an equivalent position. Proven strong employment relations experience in a big operation. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports, presentations, and documentation.
