KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full-cycle payroll for a multi-jurisdictional, salaried workforce across Canada and the U.S.
- Administer Canadian and U.S. benefits programs, process sales commissions, and prepare payroll approval and variance reports.
- Ensure payroll compliance across CRA, IRS, and applicable provincial/state regulations, maintaining audit-ready records.
