Job Overview

As a Senior Payroll Administrator , you will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with Canadian tax laws, and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain seamless payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately for employees across Canada (including multi-province setups).
  • Calculate regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions (CPP, EI, taxes, benefits).
  • Ensure compliance with federal/provincial regulations (CRA, Employment Standards, ROE, T4/T4A).
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
  • Manage year-end processes (T4s, T2200s, tax filings).
  • Administer benefits, RRSPs, and pension contributions (if applicable).
