Senior Patient Experience & Operations Specialist

NHG Health's Woodlands Hospital is seeking a Senior / Patient Service Associate to be at the heart of the patient experience within the Elective Care Enterprise. You will handle registration, scheduling, billing queries and guide patients through self‑service options, delivering compassionate care.

In this role you will support clinic operations, assist clinicians, manage appointments for surgeries, and work closely with the PSA Floor Supervisor to ensure smooth daily flow.
