Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CyberArk implementations, upgrades, and migrations across diverse client environments
- Design and deploy core CyberArk components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, and PTA
- Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define PAM strategy and architecture
- Develop and execute onboarding plans for privileged accounts across Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, and cloud platforms
- Integrate CyberArk with SIEM, ITSM, IAM, and AD/LDAP via REST APIs
- Create platform configurations, custom connectors, and PSM plugins
- Produce client-ready documentation such as solution designs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Manage project timelines, scope, and client communications across multiple engagements
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide escalation support
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal best-practice playbooks
