Senior Paid Media Buyer (Meta + Google, DTC)

Kelson is an AI-native performance agency for DTC brands. We're hiring a senior buyer to own Meta and Google across our clients' accounts. The platforms automate the execution now — Advantage+, PMax, AI Max. We want you leaning on that, and on AI across your whole workflow. We're paying for the judgment on top: what to test, when to override the algorithm, and whether a result is actually real. What you'll own: Meta + Google across multiple DTC brands Deciding what to test and why Reading true performance — we manage to MER, not platform-reported ROAS Directing our in-house creative team on what to make next You're a fit if: 4+ years on Meta and Google for DTC ecommerce (not lead gen) You use AI heavily — and can say where it's been wrong You think in CAC, contribution margin, MER You can tell us about a time the data said one thing and you did another — and were right Independent, proactive, strong English, comfortable owning the number Pay is $22 USD per hour.
