Senior OSAT Assembly Engineer - Drive Yield & NPI Success

Renesas Electronics in Penang is seeking an OSAT Assembly Senior Engineer to oversee backend semiconductor manufacturing processes at OSATs. This role serves as the primary technical interface between Renesas and OSATs, focusing on yield, quality, and cost performance.

The ideal candidate should have at least a degree in Engineering or Science, with a minimum of 3 years in semiconductor manufacturing. Experience in Assembly and NPI along with knowledge in project management will be advantageous.
