Insight Global is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to enhance enterprise HCM solutions. This part-time role offers valuable experience with opportunities for full-time work.
With a 12-month contract, you will start at around 20 hours weekly, focusing on Oracle HCM implementations. Your role will involve configuring systems and continuously working on improvements in collaboration with HR and Payroll departments. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules for optimal performance
• Partner with IT, Payroll, and HR teams for effective solutions
• Drive requirements gathering and system configuration
• Execute comprehensive testing and production support
• Assist with payroll processes and system integrations
Requirements:
• 7-9+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience
• Proficiency in Core HR and supporting modules
