Job Description
Join Insight Global as a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant. Initially a part-time position, it offers the opportunity to manage Oracle Cloud configurations in a large-scale environment.
This 12-month contract role starts at about 20 hours per week and may progress to full time. You should have between 7-9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, demonstrating expertise in Core HR modules such as Onboarding and Recruiting. Your focus will include partnering with HR and IT for system enhancements and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance Oracle HCM modules based on enterprise requirements
• Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll teams
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective production support
• Manage integrations with payroll processes
