Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert support for Oracle Applications
• Analyze and resolve technical issues across client accounts
• Collaborate on Oracle Demantra and VCP boundary issues
• Conduct performance tuning and enhance system stability
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in third-party Oracle support
• Proficient with Oracle Applications and Demantra
