Job Description
Our client based in Romford is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Graduate to join their team.
You will take full ownership of your projects, running them day-to-day from initial inception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for working on multiple fast track fit out projects, delivering cost management services, while acting as a trusted client‑facing representative of the business.
You will primarily be based from our Romford office, with regular travel to sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Full delivery of cost management services from inception stage through to completion
Administering contracts (primarily in JCT contracts)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Represent the business professionally in client, contractor and design team meetings
Travel to project sites across the UK as required
