**Position Summary**
The Renewables Operation Center (ROC) Operator is responsible for directing, monitoring, controlling, and coordinating the operation of Xcel Energy’s renewable generation assets from the 24/7 Monitoring and Operations Center. The ROC Operator has full responsibility for operating and monitoring Xcel Energy’s renewable generation fleet and ensures that the operations of all sites meet safety, reliability, and performance expectations, while maintaining compliance with all applicable North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards and practices.
