To help us continue to uphold our high standards, we're seeking a Senior Operations Trainer to develop our manufacturing workforce in high-precision electro-mechanical assembly.
If you have experience in training program development for technicians, assemblers, and inspectors, and a passion for people and processes, this is the role for you! Create technical materials and certification documentation, collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EH&S to address skill gaps and support new product introductions, and see your impact in the day to day functions of a busy production floor.
