Job Description
MISSION
The Senior Operations Officer is responsible for the efficient execution of MKS PAMP's operational activities, supporting the Group's precious metals trading business. This role supports the European & APAC Trade Teams through active coordination with the Geneva Head Office and Ticino Refinery Operations Teams, ensuring operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Execution:
- Execute operational processes accurately and timely, ensuring continuity of critical post-trade activities.
- Ensure all End-of-Day (EOD) operational processes and trade validations are completed and ready for review by the APAC & European Operations Teams.
- Investigate and document operational discrepancies, escalating unresolved issues proactively to the APAC & European Operations Teams.
