Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Operations Manager, supporting the Chief Technology Office Infrastructure organisation (CTOi).
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases to support delivery of strategic objectives
- Define and execute long‑term strategies for major vendors, commercial optimisation and infrastructure simplification
- Provide clear executive reporting, decision support and risk insight to enable timely sponsor and senior‑leader decisions
- Lead optimisation planning and execution, ensuring alignment with CTOi strategy, target architecture, and operational priorities
