We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Manager. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage key teams, and ensure services are safe, efficient, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational delivery across community food services
• Manage and support teams, including Volunteer Manager, Chef and Coordinators
• Oversee contracts, suppliers, fleet operations and stock control
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safeguarding and health & safety standards
