GRU9, located in Cajamar-SP, is the largest FC in Latin America and a site with tremendous growth opportunity and high visibility within Amazon. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in a large-scale, dynamic, and results-driven operation.
The Operations Manager has complete responsibility for all processes within the Fulfillment Center on a specified shift or across multiple shifts. This role may report directly to the Site Leader or to a Senior Operations Manager, and will be directly responsible for leading large teams of Area Managers and Operations Managers and their direct reports. You will work to continuously improve the functionality and level of service that we provide to our customers, resulting in exceeded productivity goals and delivery against our customer promises.
