The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized self‑starter Senior Operations Associate to join our team. This position requires proficiency in aggregating data, measuring investment performance, streamlining operational processes, processing and completing client trades, reviewing internal Know‑Your‑Client (KYC) documentation and familiarity with alternative investments and multi‑family offices. As a Senior Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our operations and reporting team. You will also be relied upon as a point of escalation and have some responsibility for team oversight.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and improve performance reports and metrics based on aggregated financial data.
- Build and break down analytics (MOIC, IRR, TWRR) and explain them to internal stakeholders.
