Job Description
As our Senior Operation Manager, you will lead the physical execution of our growth strategy. You aren’t just sitting behind a screen; you are on the front lines ensuring our Ground Game is flawless. You will manage the operations for driver onboarding roadshows, passenger acquisition booths at major transit hubs, and the logistical rollout of physical branding (car wraps, driver kits).
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Supply & Onboarding Ops
Mobile Support Centers: Organize and manage Pop-up Support Centers where potential drivers can sign up, submit documents, and get their vehicles inspected.
Driver Kit Logistics: Manage the inventory and distribution of physical driver assets (e.g., driver sign-up merchandises and uniforms).
Referral Activations: Execute ground-level Refer-a-Friend events at driver hangouts (petrol stations, rest areas, car washes).
