We are recruiting a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist to join a finance operations team in Porto, supporting a leading company in the diabetes medical devices sector. This is a senior-level role for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in Order-to-Cash operations and a proven ability to lead, mentor and drive process excellence within complex, regulated environments.

About the Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring financial controls, compliance and operational efficiency across the team. Beyond individual contribution, you will play an active role in guiding junior team members and engaging with key stakeholders across the business.
