Job Description
About Your Role:
- New product development of low-medium-high voltage electrical products
- Participate in the introduction of new product designs into production
- May manage (or mentor) other team members
- Evaluate existing product lines and identify design modifications for cost reduction and/or performance improvement
- Interface with customers to define applications and fuse requirements and identify product design opportunities and solutions
- Maintain accurate and valid project planning documentation for assigned projects, including schedule and resource plans
- Coordinate relationship with the team for flawless execution of projects
- Track, report on relevant communications, including issues, dependencies and risks as appropriate and in accordance with project governance
