Senior New Product Developer (R&D)

Our client in the Tulbagh area is looking for a Senior New Product Developer (R&D) to successfully drive launches, implementation and continual optimisation while ensuring compliance to the NPD procedure and Food Labelling Regulations on current fruit-based snacks (including but not limited to product, packaging, pricing and process).

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12


2. BSc Food Sciences degree


3. 8 Years+ previous experience having worked in a food manufacturing industry


4. Very well developed computer and AI prompting skills for writing, accessing, analysing and reporting data


5. Experience in project management, critical path and NPD Stage Gate management with detailed focus on optimisation of current lines


6. Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
