Senior New Product Developer (R&D)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Tulbagh area is looking for a Snr Product Development Food Technologist / Food Scientist to successfully drive launches, implementation and continual optimisation while ensuring compliance to the NPD procedure and Food Labelling Regulations on current fruit-based snacks (including but not limited to product, packaging, pricing and process).

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or a related qualification 5 Years+ previous experience having worked in a NPD environment Very well developed computer and AI prompting skills for writing, accessing, analysing and reporting data Experience in project management, critical path and NPD Stage Gate management with detailed focus on optimisation of current lines Previous experience working within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment is preferred Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Duties and Responsibilities: Governance, Fo...
